13/25 is what %?

The answer to this question is that this fraction equals out to 52%.  It is not very difficult to change a fraction into a percentage.  Here is how you do it:

When you look at the fraction, it is expressed as one number over another.  In this case, it is 13 over 25.  Literally, that means that it is 13 divided by 25.  So all you have to do to find the percentage is to divide the upper number by the lower and then multiply that number by 100.

So when you divide 13 by 25, you get .52.  To make that into a percentage, you just multiply it by 100 (move the decimal over 2 places to the left).  That gives you 52%.
