Define: Avox

Ummmm I have two definitions of Avox frrom
two different
sites.



Avox-
A person that committed some sort of crime against the Capitol and has had their tongue
removed as punishment, so they can no longer talk. They're also forced to be servants
for people in the Capitol, including the Hunger Games
tributes/mentors/sponsors/Gamemakers/etc.

Avox
- An Avox is a person who has been punished for rebelling against the Capitol; in other
words, a traitor or a runaway. The avoxes service citizens in the Capitol and Katniss
during her stay in the Capitol before the games.  The avox girl had red hair and
eyebrows. They wear red uniforms and stand in the room the tribute's are in and wait to
serve them. Avoxes have had their tongues cut out, rendering them unable to
speak.
